Shipping Information

Shipping Fees
All orders over $250.00 will be shipped standard delivery (7-10 days) free of charge. All orders under $250.00 will be shipped standard delivery for $10.00. Shipping next day or 2-day air is available; amount will be based on product and your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Additional Shipping Info

• All orders will incur a $4.95 handling fee.
• All items marked heavyweight will incur an additional shipping fee based on the size of the part. A PWS representative will call you back to discuss the additional shipping charges.
• For orders to be shipped for free, they must reach $250.00 before all applicable taxes and handling fees
• A $10 surcharge will be added to all orders to Alaska & Hawaii
• International shipping rates will vary depending specific carrier fees
• Shipping charges for backordered items will be shipped to the customer at cost

Warranty Information

90- DAY RETURN

1. All returns require proof of purchase.
2. Parts must be returned within 90 days
3. You must call (800) 800-4797 for return shipping information. Please have the following information when calling
   1. Date of purchase and original invoice number
   2. Part number(s)
   3. Reason for return
4. Misused parts will be returned to the sender at the senders cost
5. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
6. Special order and non-stock items will incur a 15% restocking fee
